About

A neighbor, not an agency

I live in Dearborn and I build software for a living. I've shipped a mobile app to the App Store and Google Play and run the servers behind it, so a website for a bakery is the easy part. The hard part, for most shops, is that the person who built it disappears. I don't.

Every site I build is in English and Arabic, works on a phone first, and shows the three things a customer actually wants: are you open, what do you have, and how do I get there or order. You message me on WhatsApp when something changes, and it's done that day.

On Warren Avenue, not on ZoomI come to your shop, shoot the photos, and sit with you for the review.
Arabic that reads rightWritten by a native speaker, laid out right-to-left, not run through a translator.
You own everythingDomain in your name. Files delivered on request. No hostage situations.
Answers within a business dayMost edits are done the same afternoon. Ramadan hours, new prices, a closed day.
FAQ

Questions owners ask

I have Instagram. Why do I need a website?

Instagram is for people who already follow you. Google is for people who don't. When someone types "bakery near me", Instagram doesn't show up. A site with your hours and a button does.

I'm on DoorDash. Isn't that enough?

DoorDash is good for new customers and takes a cut of every order. Your own site takes nothing. Keep DoorDash, and give your regulars a free button.

What happens if I stop paying the monthly plan?

You give 30 days' notice, I send you a copy of the whole site, and hosting ends. The domain was always yours. You can host it anywhere.

Can I update the menu myself?

You message me and it's done the same day; that's what the plan is for. Shops on the catalog package get their own editor for products and specials.

Do you take photos?

Yes. A photo session at your shop is $200, or send me the ones you have. The demo sites use stock photos until then.

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer, or Zelle for the build. The monthly plan is charged automatically to a card or bank account, with a receipt every month.
